  Project overview:

  Qinhuangdao city lvgang sludge treatment plant is located in Qinhuangdao Harbor District Ma Nian Zhuang North, a total investment of 53000000 yuan, designed daily processing 200 tons of municipal sludge. The sludge project in 2009 civil works completed in February, began trial operation in May.   Technological process:

  The project uses the CTB high temperature aerobic fermentation process, see figure 2. The dewatered sludge transported into the plant and organic conditioner, dry backfill mix, adjust the material moisture, porosity, C/N and other parameters to the proper scope, mix the material into a fermentation bin, and then insert the temperature probe and oxygen probe into the reactor body, start the fermentation process, main fermentation process according to temperature, oxygen probe the data from the Compsoft3.0 control software, the blower on the pile of oxygen, were evenly over ripening and after ripening of stabilization, eliminate the dead area of fermentation.
