Centrifuge common problem in sewage treatment plant

  Horizontal screw centrifuge centrifuge as main components, is composed of a drum, screw, differential system, driving system and control system; decanter centrifuge is widely used in domestic sewage treatment plant sludge dewatering, although the size of domestic and foreign manufacturers all have different structure of equipment, material and equipment the operation parameters and so on, but the working principle of the equipment are similar, are based on the solid-liquid proportion difference, under the action of centrifugal force, to accelerate the speed of separation of solid settlement.
 
  But the centrifuge in the sewage treatment plant in the process of practical application, there will be some problems, we briefly introduce several, to let the user cognitive, and adjust in the process of using:

  1: plugging material; centrifuge is in normal operation. Solid poor or blocked phenomenon, showing poor solid discharge current is high, equipment running voice, solid discharge is not uniform, much less; blocked show alarm equipment (the equipment must have the alarm system control system, stop tripping).
The main problem caused by plugging phenomenon is: (1) the unreasonable structure of the equipment. Such as the cone angle is too large, the pitch is too large and so on equipment, such as the unreasonable structure of the user is to their own can not solve; (2). The operation parameters of sub field conditions; control such as differential speed, rotational speed and so on, rule is to stop feeding, and other equipment to run a few minutes later (usually adjust the rotational speed the drum speed slow down), differential speed increase, then enters the small amount of material separation, etc. the stable operation of the equipment after the increase of feed quantity.

  2: poor dewatering effect; the dehydration effect is solid separated water content is too high, can not be formed, can not transport. (1). First check the flocculation effects is normal, permeability is good, such as flocculation dewatering effect is not good, it is difficult to achieve the required conditions, and the dosage is large, resulting in high cost of operation. To find a suitable flocculant is of great help to the dehydration effect and operation cost; (2). By adjusting the operating parameters to adjust the dehydration effect, drum rotational speed or adjust the speed difference to improve the dewatering efficiency, replacing liquid flow adjusting plate, it can basically meet the dehydration effect.

  3: small amount of high operation cost; because the manufacturers have different device structures, with a fixed amount of processing models will vary greatly, processing capacity caused by unreasonable equipment structure size, increase operation cost is directly related to the dosage, to choose a strong production capacity in the purchase decanters, good after-sales service, cost-effective production business is very important, a good partner selection is the most economic factors of users, the lowest operating costs.
